I have tried many of these products (and spent a lot of money and time on it) so I can take my family's movies out of the hands of my toddlers and put them in a NAS digitally. soooo good program and useful

Software is performing really well

Software is performing really well. I use it to rip my blu-rays to mp4 so I can watch on my iPad Air or to make a backup copy to DVD. I have spread the word about EaseFab to all my computer friends. I have told them also how quick you guys are to respond.

What I really like is the product can put many audios and many subtitles just like the real Blu-ray discs. This capability alone can sell especially for foreigners like myself. I'd like to listen to English and read English subtitle to learn English while sometimes I'd like to switch to my mother-tongue language if I don't understand the story.

Easy to use and solved all my issues

I solved all my issues by buying "Easefab LosslessCopy". It does exactly what I want: ripping DVDs and Blurays without any problems. Easy to use, it works for me since a few days (very busy!) and I detected no errors up to now. Ripped about 30 Blurays since then. 30 bucks, and it works!

Good at preserving chapters

Losslesscopy seemed to be good at preserving chapters. Picture quality and sound quality was great. I didn't notice any picture/audio sync problems which I did when using other methods.
