Yes. The retail license can be transferred to other PC if you remove the product from the original computer. Note that the license can only be transffered once.

To move your license to your new omputer, follow the steps below:

1. Please uninstall the software from your old computer.
2. Download the the latest version of the software you purchased from the official site or the download link sent to you.
3. Install and open the software, then activate it using your license code.
